I have been involved for over thirty years with empowering and encouraging others to achieve their dreams. During that time I have gained the experience and expertise to bring out the very best in people through empathic contact and motivation.

I am qualified in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and have a Distinction Diploma in Coaching. I am also a past Member of the International Coach Federation.
